Beginning of 2014!

Wow I can't believe that it is that time of the year! Time for us to start thinking about heading back to school and starting another year in a new year, fun times ahead!
I can imagine that you are all starting to look quite forward to Monday and some of the changes that will be taking place.
We lose some in the Junior Room to the Senior Room and as always the Senior room lost some at the end of last year also.
I am looking forward to catching up with everyone come Monday and starting the new year right!
I also thought that I would run this blog again this year, as it has been popular in the past and it also means that I can have some of the class members publish their writing on to here. A way for them to get their writing to another audience.
I trust that you all had a fantastic holiday and that the sunshine that we have been experiencing the last few days has made all that rain a thing of the past.
See you on Monday!

2013

Hi there! I know that I have been pretty slack on keeping this little blog up to date, specially with all that we need to know about the new year. The reason I have not been doing this is that here is the Junior Room we have been taking our time and setting up our rules and routines for 2013! This is very exciting but means that I haven't had time to blog. Not only this but we are in the middle of setting up a brand sparkly new blog, you will learn about this blog over the next few weeks....keep an eye out! It's going to be AMAZING!!

Last week of 2012

Wow I just can't quite believe that it's that time of the year, where has the year gone? It's been a great year in the Junior Room! So many good times! This week I will make up a slideshow highlighting our year...keep an eye out.

Last week we had a fun filled week of Christmas activities, and I'm sure that you have seen what we have made and you should be proud of what your children have made, they did a fantastic job!

Well keep an eye out for more posts here this week as we move through the week to the end of the year.

More athletics pictures

Here are some more pictures from last weeks athletics day. I had to transfer them from my iPod to my computer and it took longer than I thought.
On another not, we are gearing up for a couple of busy weeks in the Junior Room. We have had visitors this week in the Junior Room. Rafi's cousins came in for today and they are coming in tomorrow and next week, they are also around for christmas week! Which isn't that long away either. The end of the year is quickly approaching and there is still SO much to do! We will have a have a huge finishing week in the last week of the term.

Also don't forget your togs tomorrow! With a break last week for the athletics we are back into it this week.

Anyway here are the pictures...

Junior Athletics

It's that time of the year again, it's junior athletics time! or it was suppose to be junior athletics time. Due to the massive lake in the middle of  Palmerston Primary school field (which we don't think as gone anywhere) the athletics got post poned yesterday. We will let you know if it is on Thursday. Please keep your eyes posted and keep asking those little people in the junior room.

We hope that it's on as it's a good day out!
